SCCM for users using internet

Hi,

Since many of the employees are working from home and using the internet outside the company is it possible to manage this laptops/pc using sccm? and how?

You could use internet-based client management (IBCM) to manage Configuration Manager clients when they aren't connected to your internal network.

The preferred solution in ConfigMgr for remote client management is the Cloud Management Gateway: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/clients/manage/cmg/plan-cloud-management-gateway. IBCM is technically valid but has a slightly a higher bar for configuration and overall maintenance and may/will not have some of the upcoming features available when using this method including Remote Control.
