Do you mean Auto-generate chapters for meeting recording and transcription?

If yes, currently it may not be possible.

There have been several feedback threads about this feature:

Add ability to bookmark sections in a meeting recording or transcript

Add ability to bookmark sections in a allow auto-generation of chapters for recorded meetings using Excel recording or transcript
