How to fix error069040_01.xml in Excel

Hello,

I open my excel file and the system informs that there is a problem with the content and that it would try to recover as much information as possible.

Once I accept, the message is the following:

<recoveryLog xmlns="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/spreadsheetml/2006/main">

I have no technical expertise and do not know hot to fix this issue.

    Hi,

    The error you're facing is known as the "We found a problem with some content" error in Excel.

    As per my experience, this error usually occurs when You try opening the Excel file saved on a network-shared drive. But there may be other causes for it too, I'm not 100% sure.

    But rest apart, it is very easy to fix this error. I suggest you try the following-

    1. Try using the Open and Repair utility
    2. Set Calculation Options to Manual
