Hello All,

We are having normal accounts and Admin accounts seperatly and the below error is getting when is try to login to RDP

"As a security precaution, the user account has been locked because there were too many logon attempts or password change attempts. Wait a while before trying again, or contact your system administrator or technical support"

My colleague has unlocked my account twice but still getting this error for every fresh logon.

    Hi,

If this is frequent you will need to investigate the source of the lockouts, do you have like service that is setup with this account? Did you reset password recently and set your session on some server with old password? So make sure your sessions off from servers and clients, sync the password and check.
