Hi,

As an admin in Azure and O365, one of the users started experiencing issues with Outlook. One minute it opens and runs well and if you close and try to reopen it, it takes ages to load, and if it does it's not responding. The Outlook account has two emails inside with an average amount of data.

    Hi @Vladyslav Blazhenko ,

    Welcome to our forum!

What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
And does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?

According to your description, i notice that you have tried to run Outlook in Safe mode and the problem gone, right? If so, the problem is likely with one of your add-ins. You'll need to disable all of your add-ins before restarting Outlook. Please refer to the below images and try the steps:

In addition, there's an article introduces a number of possible reasons for Outlook to behave this way in detail, please refer to it: Outlook not responding, stuck at "Processing," stopped working, or freezes.

    Hope to help you!
