    Hi @ Janakar,

    As Michev says, you need to have Exchange Online subscription.

    If you can successfully access the Exchange admin center, can you share the complete error when running the connect-exchangeOnline command with us after hiding your personal information? So that we can better research.

    Does your tenant have Exchange Online subscription? This is a requirement for using Exchange Online PowerShell.

    Can you connect to the Exchange Admin center with the same user?
