Virtual machine does not start or stop

3 sw mia virtual computers do not turn on or off, in Azure they are in an "Unknown" state. I can't stop or start them.

    I understand you have three virtual machines in an unknown state. You can attempt to Reapply and redeploy a Virtual Machine in the Help section of the portal. If it is an option, you can also try to Force Delete the VM via CLI or PowerShell.

    If the VMs are still stuck in this state, you will need to create a support ticket. If you do not have a support plan please let me know and I can enable one-time free technical support for you.
