I wan to be able to use these icons, GIFs, or JPEGs in my day-to-day conversations on web and E-mail in Windows 11. How can I add them in the on-screen touch keyboard collections of Gifs and emojis? Thanks

2. Open the touch keyboard by clicking the keyboard icon in the taskbar or pressing the Windows key + H.
3. Click the emoji icon on the touch keyboard to open the emoji panel.
4. Click the "+" icon on the right side of the emoji panel.

In the "Add an Emoji" window, type the name of the emoji you want to add in the "Enter emoji name" field. For example, if you want to add a heart emoji, type "heart" in the field.
