can not connect MYSQL workbench to Azure mysql

I have create Azure web app + database and selected php 8 with MYSQL flx, after installing MySQL Workbench and creating a connection as per Azure servername and user also after reset the password for the database, it keep saying cannot connect to database server, i've tried to ping with"Ping request could not find host".
