Try to boot into safe mode.
Power ON your computer and as Windows / manufacturer's Logo appears, Power OFF - Repeat 3 times
Now your computer will go into Advanced Recovery Environment
Advanced Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart
Press 4 or F4 to enable Safe Mode (5 or F5 to enable Safe Mode with Networking)
Log in once Windows starts in safe mode
2nd option:
Boot-up using a disc or USB thumb drive stick that has the Windows install tools on it (which can also be used for repair). If you don't have a Windows recovery drive or install disc/USB stick, you can make one by using the downloadable tool on the Download Windows 10 webpage.
- On the Install Windows screen, select Next > Repair your computer.
- On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot.
- On the Advanced options screen, select Startup Repair.
- After Startup Repair, select Shutdown, then turn on your PC to see if Windows can boot properly.
