Linux machine RDP connection problem

I create a Linux VM and I can not connect it using Windows RDP. But I can access it using Putty. What's the problem can you explain.WhatsApp Image 2023-04-29 at 08.18.54

    Hi,

    Did you follow the instructions in below article to install/configure xrdp, create inbound rule in your NSG, etc.?

    Install and configure xrdp to use Remote Desktop with Ubuntu

    If not please perform all the steps in the article and test to see if you connect using RDP.
