Bing resources are suspended for the subscription

Hi,

I upgraded to reactivate my free account. I had a resource (Bing custom search) deployed that was responding 401 after upgrading, so I removed it and am trying to create it again. When deploying there is always the same error: "Bing resources are suspended for the subscription".

I have double-checked the subscription and it says it is active.

Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out to us, I just try to reproduce your error on my end, but I can successfully deploy a new resource. I would suggest you wait a few hours and try again. Sometimes, Azure resources may take some time to become fully provisioned and available after an upgrade.

If you still have this issue, please let us know, we may recommend you to raise a support ticket for this issue. We are happy to enable you a support ticket for this scenario. Thanks for your understanding.

Thank you for your answer. It's been a few days since I reactivated the account and still keeping the described error. Please, tell me how to proceed to open a support ticket.

I have the exact same problem. Free account, upgraded to pay-as-you-go, Bing resource broke so I removed and now can't redeploy because of the error "Bing resources are suspended for the subscription".

Please let me know if you solve it.

I have the same issue. Free account was upgraded to pay-as-you-go, so I removed resource and recreate it. When try to redeploy i get error "Bing resources are suspended for the subscription". Please help me to solve it.

Exactly the same here. Free account was upgraded to pay-as-you-go. When trying to create a Bing Custom Search I got:

For everyone who has the same issue, could you please open a new thread and share your Azure Subscription ID to us by private message so that we can forward your ID to product team for checking and provide your privacy?

This issue has been an old thread and very difficult to track, we may miss your message, and we cannot get your Azure subscription ID in a secure way if you do not open a new thread. I hope you can understand. Thanks a lot.
