What webserver are you running Apache or NGINX? Have you configured your vHosts on the server?
My server is NGINX, No how I can configure vHosts on my server ?

I believe you may be missing vHost configuration on your NGINX server. You can use the following guide to set up vHosts on NGINX on your Azure VM:
How To Set Up Nginx Server Blocks (Virtual Hosts) on Ubuntu 16.04
