Hello,
I have an university account. I can't login anymore because I'm asked a code from Authenticator. The problem is that I never configured 2FA on my account. So I tried to download the app, but again, loging in the Authenticator app requires a code from the Authenticator app itself :)
Any help would be appreciate as I cannot see my every day university mails or access any app.

You'll need the university admins to reset the account, then you'll get a new QR code with which you can link up your account to authenticator app.
