Could not create the marketplace item when I am creating a Azure IoT Hub

Sir I am not able to create the IoT Hub when I am click the option it shows " Could not create the marketplace item "

Azure IoT Hubs have unique names. Double-check is the name is already existing.

Can you show more of the process? Do you have some screen dumps or a URL of the tutorial you are following?

Try to create your Azure IoT Hub on a supported Region

Azure IoT Hubs have unique names. Double-check if the name already exists.
