I have been tring to share files and those i send a file can'r open file

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.

2. Start > Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change advanced sharing settings.
    Scroll down to find the “Password protected sharing” option, and click Turn off password protected sharing -> 3. Click Save changes to confirm.

3. Please make sure in Sharing Permissions-> EveryOne is assigned.
