How to access TPM 2.0 device using Java TSS access library

Hi team,
I am totally new to TPM security concept,

I am using TSS.Java access library to access TPM simulator , by running sample code example i can get EK, SRK, Random no., etc.. for simulator.
But by coming to device, i can't able to connect the TPM device by using TPM.JAVA library.

  1. How to access, and get Endorsement Key, SRK from the TPM Device by using TSS.java library.
  2. How to Store certificate in TPM device/simulator by using the TSS.java library.

If there is any sample code for certificate storage in TPM it may be helpful.
