My laptop cannot update Windows

Question

Hello, I have a Windows Update available for weeks which I cannot update.

The update is "Windows 10 Feature Update, version 21H2", when I try to update my laptop, it says 10-15 minutes on the update, but at the mid of it the laptop just has a Blue Screen and the update is reverted, how can I fix it?

Check the Event viewer error log created immediately after the BSOD.

Run Windows Update troubleshooter.

Select Start  > Settings  > System  > Troubleshoot  > Other troubleshooters. Next, under Most frequent, select Windows Update > Run.

Please try the steps below.

1. Run the SFC scan & update all pending updates for your Window, below is the link for the complete guide.

2. Go to Windows Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooter > Windows Update > Run

4. Perform Inplace Upgrade

B. Click the Download tool now under Create Windows 10 installation media

C. Run the tool

D. Accept the license terms page

E. Choose "Upgrade this PC Now" and click Next. This process would take an hour or two depending on your internet speed.
