How to renew E5 Developer subscribtion

My account has been expired by mistake, the expire date has been changed to April 4, 2023. I have submitted the form, but got no reply. I have currently linked my GitHub account, which is in active development, but the subscription is still not renewed, this should be misjudged by the system, how can I renew the subscription as soon as possible since I will lose access at May 5.
