How much of a Stream movie do I need to watch to make it count as a "view"

I'm looking to control the order of a set of videos. It's very difficult in MS products because nothing is built to curate video playlists. I just want 3 videos in order. Currently used Stream Classic and the Stream plugin for Teams to make Stream work natively in Teams (oddly it's not integrated).

Anyway, due to poor design, I think the best way to keep videos in order is to use the default view of "most popular" but fake the popularity by watching the first video a bunch of times and forcing it to be the most popular, and so on...

I'm not asking it "Stream" or the more robust "Stream Classic" because that's not an option, not possible to tag Stream in tags.

I’m so confused. Stream doesn’t integrate with Teams. Support won’t talk about Stream and the only way anyone can interface with Stream is with Teams. I don’t understand why the gatekeeper for UX in the MS ecosystem (Teams) won’t talk about how to display video for a Team?

Also, I have no idea how the link above was created because, and I’ve said this like 10 times, it’s not possible to ask a question about Stream because there is no Stream tag. Seriously try to tag Steam. It’s not there.
