    Hello @Jeremy Bohn

I have reviewed with internal experts and confirmed that connection to XP machines hasn’t been supported for many years. It doesn't stop you from trying to use it for XP servers however, there is no guarantee that it works, it could break at any time. The recommendation from Microsoft is that you should consider upgrading the device to a secure, modern OS for the supportability.

    Hi Jeremy Bohn,

as a short-term solution, you can download an older beta version of the Mac Microsoft remote desktop client from Microsoft if you need to access a Windows XP installation.

However, this can only be downloaded directly from the Microsoft servers.

This has worked for me to access an old Windows XP installation.

But it was also a warning shot for the customer to replace this old computer, which is only used for a special software.
