Azure Migrate Storage account

After Migrate Virtual machine from on premise host on Hyper-V using Azure migrate. Azure Migrate created ASR disks and Storage account.

Can I delete the storage account ?

    Yes, you should be able to (if you don't want to migrate any other VMs)- as the VMs you migrated should be using Managed Disks.

    You can be certain, by making sure that the Virtual Machine is running and logging into your Storage account and making sure that the Lease state is not locked (ie in use) for any resources - if it is Avaliable - then the resources isn't getting used currently:
