If you want to move from Windows 11 to Windows 10 these are options:

    a) Perform a go back during the default 10 day go back period

    b) Perform a go back during the modified 60 day go back period

    c) Manually backup files to another disk drive or the cloud > clean install Windows 10 > reinstall drivers and applications > restore backed up files

    d) Have Windows backup files to a new Windows.old by performing a custom install> save Windows.old to another disk drive or the cloud > clean install Windows 10 > reinstall drivers and applications > restore backed up files from Windows.old

    e) Restore a backed up image of Windows 10

Hi, thanks for coming into the forums. I'm also a user like you and I'll be more than happy to help you to the best of my knowledge.

If the Go Back option is no longer available, then the only way to downgrade to Windows 10 is to perform a clean install, which means you will reinstall Windows 10. However, you may need to back up your files first since they will be deleted and will only install a fresh copy of Windows 10.

Here are the steps on how to create Windows installation media.

    1. Insert a USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space on a working device.

NOTE: Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.

    1. click this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/
    2. Download the tool and click run.
    3. Select Accept.
    4. Select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.
    5. Select which USB flash drive you want to use.
    6. Start the download. This process would take an hour or two depending on your internet speed.

    Once the download is completed:

    1. Insert the USB flash drive into the affected computer
    2. Restart your PC.
    3. On the Install Windows page, select your language, time, and keyboard preferences, and then select Next.
    4. Select Install Windows.
