Microsoft Teams can't upload file to share

Question

when i try to upload file to share from my local pc this happens. I tried reinstalling the application and deleted caches. nothing worked. i even tried using web but with same result. Please help guys

Does the same problem exist on the Web?

You can try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

1.Run a self-diagnostics tool: Microsoft 365 admin users have access to diagnostics that can be run within the tenant to verify possible issues that affect uploading files to Teams chat.

2.Check whether the Teams Service status is normal: Service health for Microsoft Teams is displayed on the Microsoft 365 admin center. Before troubleshooting issues, it's a good practice to verify that the Teams service is healthy. This link points out how to check Teams Service status.

3.Microsoft Teams is built on top of other Microsoft 365 or Office 365 services, so when you look at Service Health, remember to also check the status of Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business. 

Also,I found on other forums that some users had the same problem. You can refer to the method provided in this link to see if it can solve your problem.
