I have created Visio, access & project application via 365 method in SCCM and deployed on user group also made office 355 (monthly enterprise channel) as dependent with application, deployment is going good, but suddenly i have seen that few users getting deployment error. please help

What's the error did you get? Have we checked the AppEnforce.log on the clients?

Error descriptoin - The thread is already in background processing mode.

The issue might be caused when the user has other Office applications open during the installation of Visio, access and Project.
Can you suggest any troubleshooting steps to get it fixed.. i mean as per package XML which i created , defined other office applications will be closed during installation. Please suggest troubleshooting on client machine. Since already closed all ms applications but issue is same
The log doesn't help much, you may try to manually run the command line on the client to see what will happen.
