On-Premises Azure Network Connection Creation Issues

Hi, I am trying to provisioning as Hybrid Azure Ad joined cloud PCs with Azure network Connection but when I create azure network connection ,getting the below error. How can I resolve it? can you please suggest.

    Based on my research, I found that someone has this similar issue and he said it was the blocked internet connection on his vNET. Please refer to the following link:

    Hi, thanks for the response , can you please provide the each step to resolve this issue. actually I am new on it and unable to clearly understand the solution. Here I am using S2S method to connect the on-prem.

    Good Evening.

    I found that when I was attempting to use the Azure AD on premises sync, it will not run unless you are deploying the program on a server system. I was unable to deploy the on premises Azure AD on my windows system, but i was able to deploy seamlessly on my Windows Server Virtual Machine. Hope this helps.
