I purchased Microsoft Office and followed the instructions for installation, but still get message that I need to purchase it.

    If you have bought from third-party vendor then ask them to resend them valid copy or product key.

    If you have any other previous versions of Office then Uninstall them

    Install from Office.com -> Sign with your account -> Select Install Office.
