mismatch MCID and certificate was not found in my accounts profile

Hello,
I gave my AZ104 Exam recently, After a day I got a mail from Microsoft providing my MCID 995052272 and to claim my badge and certificate , When I logged into my account using the same mail id, It showed me another MCID associated 995083595 Now I cannot find my certificate. unfortunately visited my dashboard many times, but there is no trace of the certificate or the badge in my profile. please merge these two MCIDS.

So, anyone here could help me trying to fix this it would be fantastic, Its better to me if you reply asap.
