cannot access partner portal due to authentication app pop?

Dear Team,
I'm unable to login partner center due to authentication app pop and when we are login in partner center then below are getting and also when we are installing the authentication app then same error are getting.
and My Partner Login ID is :-
So please request to help for resolutions.
