Document set creation

Question

Below is the requirements from client . it is SharePoint 2016

They want to create document set in shared document library and the have shared one attachment which consists of information having below screenshots

Picking substance will be done in CAS number , other documents set fields will be filled based on the value where applicable

Adjust the documents content type as mentioned in the document. It must be default content type when adding the document in the document set

Add document set and supporting features to reach inventory site

Above is the customer required, he shared wire document , I pasted that word document in the form screenshot above

I am not finding option to create document set? or am I missing something?

please suggest what exactly what needs to be done

After reading your original post, I understand that you want to have both Document and Document Set content types in a document library.

Here're steps for you to achieve this.

1.Go to Site settings -> Site Collection Features -> Activate Document Sets feature.

2.Go to Library settings -> Advanced Settings -> Choose "Yes" in the "Allow management of content types?"

3.Also, in the Library settings -> In the Content Types section, click Add from existing site content types -> Add Document Set content type.
