Individuals assigned owner role to an Azure subscription or management group gets Azure service related communication emails from azure-noreply@microsoft.com. Is there a way to configure in Azure, a support email address without assigning owner role?

Yes there is, a few of the settings are set in various places.

Let me know if theres any alerts you are getting, that aren't covered by the above and will do some digging.

    Hi

Use the Service Health feature and create an action group with email notifications:

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks
