Please have a try with the following workarounds:
- Check for Windows Updates and reboot your PC.
- Disable anti-virus software.
- Repair Visual Studio with Visual Studio Installer.
- Run VS as administrator.
- Check if your Visual Studio 2022 is working in Safe Mode (run devenv /SafeMode in Developer Command Prompt for VS 2022).
- Uninstall and reinstall Visual Studio.
