    Please have a try with the following workarounds:

    1. Check for Windows Updates and reboot your PC.
    2. Disable anti-virus software.
    3. Repair Visual Studio with Visual Studio Installer.
    4. Run VS as administrator.
    5. Check if your Visual Studio 2022 is working in Safe Mode (run devenv /SafeMode in Developer Command Prompt for VS 2022).
    6. Uninstall and reinstall Visual Studio.
