Issue with Azure VPN Client

Hi,
When trying to set up Azure VPN Client in Win11 I keep running into the following issue:
Failed to establish OpenVPN connection: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
Interestingly, when I import the same configuration file (xml) in a different laptop (with Win 11) then it works.
Also, it is worth mentioning that proxy is not defined and only the built-in Win firewall is used with its default configuration.
Please advise.

- What authentication method are you using? Certificate or AAD?
- In case of AAD, can you make sure both the clients were using the same AAD credentials? (same username)
- In case of certificate authentication, can you make sure
- Same client certificate is installed in both the machines?
- Also, check the VPN Gateway for any revoked certificates.

The clients have personal accounts - so it would be ideal if they used a different account & username.

- Is it possible that you can try a different user in the remote machine?
- And use this user profile in a different machine and see if that works?
