Little paper icon appearing in my top right corner of applications

Hello,

I just got this pc and on every applications, there is a little paper appearing in the top right corner. It is very annoying and nobody knows how to fix it. I putted an image at the end of this message.

Open Windows Explorer

From the View tab, select Hidden items

Then select Show selected items

Go to C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer

Select all files that begin with iconcache

Right­-click on these files

Click Delete.

Empty the Recycle Bin
