404 nginx/1.22.1 when accessing PHP

Encountering a 404 Not Found error only when loading a PHP file.
Other files are loading just fine.

✅ Checked via FTP if the files are in the directory. It's there
✅ Checked other file types .HTML, .log, PNG if loading okay. It's fine
❌ Checked if the PHP file is loading, but unfortunately not.

I run diagnostics and checks, but it is not recommending anything other than a restart.

Can you please give us some more information such as PHP version, your nginx.conf and anything else you can provide us?

Could you please help us with the information which runtime php version does your app is using?

Try enabling the application logging and check and what is the error message you are seeing ?

What operation does your php file does and help us with sample php code you have used for testing.

If your app service is running with runtime php8.2 version, then I would suggest you downgrade the php version to either 8.1 or 8.0 and check.
