AD Conditional Access

Hello,

I have conditional access to permit users only can login only from indonesia, and if we see why the conditional access for this user having different result (Success and Not Applied)?

Hello Handian,

I think it is important to actual click on one and check deeper in the logs. If you have some questions that require Microsoft to look deeper into the success, you should raise a ticket with Azure Active Directory:

From surface level, it is possible that the failures (103.138.57.139) state Not Applied as they were attempts with the wrong user password. Conditional Access was not applied because it didn't make it past the first level of authentication.

If you want further analysis, I suggest you post some more logs or as suggested, open a ticket with the Azure AD team.
