How do you get support for Azure

Hi,

I have a subscription which has hit its limit and is now disabled, and for some reason I can't reenable it, error: **You need to be the Account administrator for the subscription to view this page.

I can't create support ticket, I get a bunch of links when I try to create a support ticket, which are useless, and now I have paid for a support plan, and I still can't create a support ticket, how can I get help????**
