My wifes laptop has a Security spyware alert. error code: G-Ox80070057. Is a real code and should she call the phone number dispalyed 0330 058 7339?

If it is asking to Call some number then do not call any number  as it can be spam or your computer may be infected with malware or virus.

1. Please change your Computer account password.

2. Perform full scan of your PC with Antivirus and Microsoft Safety Scanner and enable Windows Firewall.

3. Cleanup below Temp folders location -> Open Start -> Run -> Type below location one-by-one and press enter 
    ->  C:\Windows\Temp
    ->   %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp

4. Uninstall any unused or unwanted programs from Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features
