How to report a VS problem when sign-in is impossible?

Question

I am unable to sign in with VS despite Authenticator on my phone works perfectly and I can sign in on any Microsoft website such as this one without any problem:

Microsoft only allows reporting a VS problem from within VS, so I am stuck.
