I need your help to recover the data from a database in Azure database for MySQL, I had an Azure subscription for students, but it was only 7 days until it expired and I created a database with that subscription, but now it's expired and I want to recover the data, but I don't know how because it says that the subscription is disabled.

Thanks in advance!

Hi, @Brayan Rodallega Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform, thanks for posting the question and for using Azure Services.

Sorry to see that your subscription got disabled. If your Azure subscription has been disabled, you can reactivate it in the Azure portal. Sign in to the Azure portal, go to Subscriptions, and then select the canceled subscription. Select Reactivate. here is the document you can refer to

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/subscription-disabled

You can also upgrade your student-free account if you qualify, please follow this document for more information https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/upgrade-azure-subscription#upgrade-your-azure-free-account
