When i want to modify group in my Exchange 2013 server, the edit page stays blank and after a time display's time out error. All other blades are opening in edit mode, just the groups one is affected.
It might be that there is an SSL Certificate Binding Issue.

To narrow down the issue, please clarify some questions and provide more information. Below are my suggestions:
1.Whether the account logged into the EAC has the correct admin role. What are the results of using another user to sign in?
2.If you use the command Get-DistributionGroup in the Exchange Management shell, what happens and whether it is displayed as follows:
3.Open IIS Manager, find the Bingdings information of the Exchange back end, and check if the SSL certificate is correct for MS Exchange.
4.Finally, it is recommended to restart Exchange related services.

This is happening for all 3 Exchange admins and all of the roles are granted. When using the Shell is working as expected as well UI if i want to modify other ECP options. SSL and bindings are good as well and the services where restarted both related to Exchange and IIS. This was working until last Friday and no changes where made on our side. This is happening on both 2013 servers.

Could you please verify the specific Cumulative Update version of your Exchange 2013 server, which can be checked with the Get-Exchangeserver cmdlet.
The results can be compared with Exchange Server build numbers and release dates | Microsoft Learn
