Hello,
please I need your help on this issue.
We are unable to send teams chat message to another tenant.
This has never worked. We are trying to configure 2 tenants to communicate with each other. Silxxxx.com (have explicitly allowed realdevlabs.com) and realxxxx.com (allowed all domains externally to communicate).
The error is when searching for the person in another tenant/company.
1st screenshot is Real Dev Labs and the 2nd is Silvprop.

Enter the email of an affected user and the domain that you try to reach and wait for the result.
Do it also from the other domain in case of
Haven't received your message for a long time.
