How do I remove Microsoft Azure from my PC?
Can you please take a screenshot of what you mean by removing Microsoft Azure from your PC?

The local user has to be an admin so you can remove ad azure account. You can user the user profile in the control panel. or use the powershell command runas admin and use the command:
Add-LocalGroupMember -Group <Group> -Member <User>
