Once all folders/files have the same Microsoft 365 Group assigned to them with at least view access, it will take a minimum of 24 hours to process and make visible in Viva Learning.
Viva Learning Sharepoint Integration
I am coming here after not hearing anything from Microsoft Support for over 2 weeks now. All I am trying to do is get my SharePoint documentation integrated with Viva Learning. The only things I have set up for Viva Learning is Microsoft 365 Training and SharePoint which points to our Learning SharePoint Site. The Learning SharePoint Site and documentation folder are both visible to those assigned the Learning Microsoft 365 Group. The latest sync report shows 93 failed object and 45 successful synced objects. The only error message shows one item with the error "Every item needs to have Microsoft 365 Group permissions to light-up inside Viva Learning..." even though the permissions are set to the 365 group. I am completely stuck with this integration and wanted to see if anyone else know places to look to better troubleshoot?
