Power BI On Premise and As a Service

Good Day

I have a client who has both Power BI as a Service and On Premise. They have asked for guidance/recommendations for keeping these both in sync.

I have checked online and only see ways of sync'ing data sources.

Is there a way to have a hybrid setup?

As far as I am aware there is not much content in the On Premise site so would be inclined recommend migrating into the Power BI as a service but wanted to confirm. Keeping both without a way to sync would open up to reports being incorrect/out of date in one or the other areas.
