This operation requires elevation, when entering correct admin name and password

Hello,

Very much hoping someone can help me. I'm on my organization's computer and I had previously set up my account as the admin account. I attempted to download adobe and for the first time I was asked to enter admin name and password. I may have entered the wrong password a few times as I had set up a pin but did not select the pin option before entering the password. Now I cannot download or run anything as admin and even though I am now entering the correct admin account and password I am getting "this operation require elevation" There is no one above me, seeing as my account WAS admin, to elevate to. Am I stuck and need to re-install windows?

    Thank you for your question and reaching out.

    Please check that account you have logged in is part of local admin group of that PC ?

    OR

    Instead of Domain account can you please try to login with Local Admin account created on that PC and run the Installer ?
