Authenticator app not working

I had my auth app set up for Facebook 2FA on my other phone, I hadn't realized I needed to back up to the cloud as I thought it was connected to my account. So when I switched phones recently, I lost access to my Facebook 2fa in the auth app and now I'm permanently locked out of Facebook.

I set up recovery codes within facebook but those don't work of course for whatever reason
