Microsoft has made changes to the hardware requirements for Windows 11, but app compatibility is set to remain the same.
Will applications built on windows 11 work on windows 10
Hello There,
We are planning to migrate to Windows 11 os in our laptops, Currently have Windows 10 where we develop our apps/dll's and test on other hardware with Windows 10 os. If we migrate, Then I would be building apps/dll's in Windows 11. But my apps/dll's still need to run on Windows 10. Do you see any compatibility problems already due to this migration? What kind of problems could occur and how to resolve them?
Thanks for the feedback.

First, check your laptop processors are on the supported list

Microsoft has committed to App Compat issue.
See the promise via the AppAssure program by Microsoft
