Hello how are you? I bought two notebooks which I use to connect remotely to servers, the two machines came with Windows 11 22H2 and both I connected remotely to the server that I connected to, it works very, very slow within remote desktop, then it runs super fast but it is remote access and The speed drops by 80%, in the same place under the same characteristics I connect to the same servers but from different windows like 10 or lower and it works perfectly for me, it is only with this two machines and this windows, the other thing that I notice that while I am Connected as it makes the servers slow, it shows on the other computers and when disconnecting Windows 11 it remains normal, please if you can help me, thank you very much! I don't have a different antivirus or anything, just the Windows one
Hello Cardozo,
Thank you for your question and for reaching out with your question today.
This issue may be related to the CPU and/or WiFi chipset in your laptops. Do you see poor performance on other applications? I suggest that you ensure that the operating system and drivers (particularly the WiFi) are fully up to date and then retest. Also, installing the UWP version of the remote desktop client from the Microsoft Store has resolved the issue in other situations I have come across.
