Invitation redemption failed

I am signed into my account that I have with Microsoft Learn, and when I try to activate the sandbox, it asks me to view permissions. When I click on this it takes me to another screen where I keep getting "Invitation redemption failed".

I have tried signing out, and signing back in. I've tried switching accounts (I do have 2, one hotmail account and one gmail which is listed for the student thing). I have tried switching browers, none of this works.

I am at a loss.

    Hi, I was having this same issue and tried all options I could find online but was unsuccesful. However, performing a flush of the dns cache fixed this issue.

    From command prompt or powershell (must be ran as admin), type: ipconfig /flushdns
